Mental Health Solutions For Educational Inclusion in Distressed Ukrainian VET (MIND) – Supporting Resilient and Inclusive VET in Ukraine
The MIND project responds to the urgent needs of the Ukrainian vocational education and training (VET) sector, shaped by the profound impact of war on both institutions and learners. Developed in close cooperation with Ukrainian partners, the project reflects real conditions on the ground and ensures that all activities are relevant, practical, and feasible.
At its core, MIND aims to strengthen the resilience and responsiveness of the Ukrainian VET system. The project supports teachers, trainers, and educational staff in better understanding and addressing the psychological challenges faced by learners affected by war and displacement.

Through a comprehensive capacity-building programme, MIND focuses on:
Equipping VET professionals with tools to recognize and manage distress among learners
Developing practical strategies and resources to support mental health and well-being
Creating safe, inclusive,
and supportive
learningenvironments
The project combines local expertise with innovative approaches, including the use of digital technologies, to ensure effective collaboration and implementation.
MIND contributes to rebuilding a stronger, more resilient VET ecosystem in Ukraine — one that supports both educational excellence and the well-being of its learners.
